Current Job Opportunities

Scents of Serenity is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Massage Therapists for our Glen Allen and Midlothian locations. We are looking for Massage Therapists who are truly passionate about holistic health, healing therapies and bodywork, and the caring for others. The perfect candidate will share our belief in the healing and transformative power of touch and be a highly-motivated individual who is extremely compassionate.

 
As a Certified Massage Therapist at Scents of Serenity Organic Spa, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality therapies including:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • Prenatal Massage
  • Reflexology
  • Body Treatments
Extensive training is provided for all specialty services such as our flower essence massage, bamboo massage, herbal compress massage, signature massage, body scrubs and wraps, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, etc. 
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work evenings and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • 1 year experienced strongly preferred but not required
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Professional image
  • Team player, enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers
  • Good organizational skills and follow through
  • Able to multi-task and improvise on the spur of the moment

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Employer contribute health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
  • Highly competitive pay – commission for massage services range from $35-$50+ per hour (based on full-time employment and dependent upon type of service + massage enhancements)
