A low, constant intensity level penetrates the tissues during this session to help with various skin concerns. Near infrared LEDs improve overall skin tone, elasticity and firmness promoting anti-aging benefits. (3 sauna sessions per week are recommended for maximum results)

Member 30 min $28 | 6 sessions $140 | 12 sessions $280

This infrared combination improves vascular access flow to reach toxins at the cellular level. (3 sauna sessions per week are recommended for maximum results)

Member 37 min $32 | 6 sessions $160 | 12 sessions $320

This near, mid and far infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling. Infrared penetrates the tissue to promote cellular repair at a medium, constant intensity level. (3 sauna sessions per week are recommended for maximum results)

Chromotherapy

Infrared light is part of the sun’s invisible spectrum of light that has the ability to penetrate the human tissue. Infrared heat, heats the body directly rather than simply the air.

You will be provided with a spa wrap and towels for your sauna session. Our saunas are located in private spaces so you will be free to disrobe to your comfort level.

We will provide you with a spa wrap, towels, slippers, and a box of water. If you have your own water container, we are happy to fill it for you.

This depends on what you want to achieve. If your main goal is to relax before or after you spa service, the relaxation session may be the best option. Choose the length of time based on your comfort level. All other session options have been specifically programed and designed to achieve that goal.

We recommend you do not eat 60 minutes prior to your service.

If our shower is available, you may use it after your session; however, to achieve the maximum benefits it is recommended that you do not shower directly after your sauna session. It is recommended that the body return to its regular internal temperature naturally and gradually.

The heat and infrared lights naturally sanitize the sauna. We place a towel down for each guest in addition to sanitizing the sauna in between sessions.

  • Avoid eating 60 minutes prior to your session

  • Far infrared (FIR) is the longest wavelength and reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored. By raising your core body temperature, FIR stimulates the sweat glands, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat that leaves you feeling revitalized. Benefits include weight loss, detoxification, relaxation and blood pressure reduction.
  • Mid infrared (MIR) is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue where inflammation occurs and speeds up the healing process. Benefits include pain relief, improved circulation, and weight loss.
  • Near infrared (NIR) is the shortest infrared wavelength. Scientific research shows that when delivered at vital wavelength of 880nm, without extreme heat or light, NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.

Nature gives us infrared light. You can’t see it with your eyes, but you know it. It’s that good feeling you get the moment the sun comes out on a cloudy day. It’s the warmth you love to soak up at the beach or next to a fire. Our infrared saunas offer wavelengths of near, mid, and far ranges to give you optimal absorption and results. Infrared heats the body at the core which encourages detoxification and circulation on a cellular level. Whereas steam saunas heat the body through hot air which results in perspiration from the surface.

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heats the body directly. Air temperature in the sauna is not as important as the type and quality of the infrared being received. To provide the peak far infrared wavelength, the surface temperature of an object must be controlled. The cooler the surface area of the heater, the more far infrared energy will be produced. Sunlighten saunas have heat sensors at multiple locations to measure surface temperature of the heaters to emit the optimal wavelength. During a 30-minute session, the air temperature will reach between 120-140° when seated on the bench.
