- $99 may be used towards services or products offered at any Scents of Serenity location.

- Membership benefits may be used at any Scents of Serenity locations.

How It Works
- Scents of Serenity (the “Spa”) will credit the $99 monthly membership fee to the member’s account. Any credits unused in the current month will accrue on the member’s account.
- Once credited to a member’s account, the Spa will not refund membership fees.
- The Spa grants members a 20% discount on all services and a 10% discount on all products. Member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, Spa packages, or product promotions. If multiple discounts are applicable, then the Spa will apply the greatest applicable discount to the member’s account.
- Membership credits can be used for services and products. Members cannot use credits to purchase gift cards or cover a gratuity.
- Membership credits cannot be used to pay for recurring monthly membership fees.
Membership Term, Fees, Payment Terms
- The membership fee (the “Fee”) is $99 per month. The billing cycle for the Fee begins on the day you sign this Agreement and continues thereafter on the same numerical day of each subsequent month (the “Payment Schedule”).
- The initial membership term (the “Initial Term”) begins on the date the member signs this Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) and runs for six (6) months.
- After the Initial Term, this Agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis (the “Renewal Term”) unless and until the member submits a 30-day notice of termination form according to the terms of this Agreement.
- You agree to keep your payment information up-to-date and accurate your debit or credit card is declined for three consecutive months, then the Spa will: (i) terminate your membership; (ii) void any then-existing credits; (iii) discontinue membership benefits; and (iv) charge you a $100 termination fee.
Freezing a Membership
- A minimum of three Fees must be made before the member may freeze a membership.
- After the first three Fee payments, a member may freeze their membership once annually. Such a freeze must be for no less than one month and no more than three months.
- If applicable, then the end of your Initial Term will be extended by the duration of the freeze period and the terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to any such extension of the membership term.
- During the freeze period, members may apply any credit accrued on their account to Spa services or products, but the Spa will not apply any discount to the price of Spa services.
- At the end of the freeze period, the Spa will resume automatically charging the Fee to your debit or credit card according to the Payment Schedule.
- If a member wishes to freeze their membership during their Initial Term, then they must still maintain an active membership for a total of 6 months. For example, if a membership is frozen at month 3 for a total of three months, then once the membership resumes, the member must complete the remaining 3 months of the Initial Term.

Termination of Membership
- During the Renewal Term, members may request cancellation in writing no less than thirty (30) days before their desired effective date of cancellation. After submission of the Spa’s termination request form, the Spa will automatically charge the Fee according to the Payment Schedule, one last time. Upon payment of that Fee (the “Termination Date”), your cancellation will be effective and membership benefits will terminate 30 days after the final Fee payment.
- To cancel this agreement during the Initial Term, members must pay the Spa a $100 early termination fee. After the Spa processes a member’s termination request and the member pays the early termination fee, the Spa will not charge any further membership fees unless the member executes a new membership agreement. Upon payment of the early termination fee, your cancellation will be effective and membership benefits immediately cease.
- Please email termination requests to morgan@scentsofserenityspa.com. The Spa will provide you with a termination request form which you must complete and return by email.
- If, on the Termination Date, you have credits accrued on your account at the Spa, then you must use such credits within ninety (90) days of the cancellation date. Any credits accrued on cancelled membership accounts but unused within such ninety (90) day period expire automatically on the ninety-first (91st) day after the Termination Date.
The Spa reserves the right to modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Notice of such modifications will be provided on the Spa’s website.
