Our manual lymphatic drainage treatment uses light pressure and gentle massage techniques to stimulate movement in the lymphatic system. Clients will notice several benefits including reducing swelling or puffiness from fluid retention, cellular detoxification, increased circulation, facial firmness and a more sculpted and lifted appearance. Manual lymphatic drainage is offered as a 30 minute standalone treatment which includes a cleanse, or double cleanse if needed, and application of finishing products. Nanoneedling is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment designed to improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance. It uses a device with ultra-fine, silicone nano-tips to create microscopic channels in the skin. A: If you are unsure which treatment is best for you, we recommend scheduling a Customized European facial. Your esthetician will consult with you on the day of your appointment to decide which treatment is most appropriate based on your skin type, areas of concern and your skincare goals.
A: The $50 charge is for the time taken during your appointment. If you decide to purchase the skincare products that were recommended during your consultation that day, the $50 will be applied toward your products of $150 or more.
A: It is advised to refrain from using retinol and other heavy exfoliants 3-5 days prior to your facial service. The length of time will be dependent on your skin type, sensitivity, and service scheduled. Over exfoliation may cause skin reactions. If you have specific questions regarding the preparation for your facial treatment, please contact our front desk team.
A: Some people may experience a slight redness after certain treatments, which usually subsides within a few hours. Your skin will be glowing; however, it is not recommended to apply heavy makeup after your service. Please consult our team if you have specific questions regarding your facial in conjunction with an important event.
A: Sun protection is always recommended. We offer a wide variety of mineral SPFs for the face and body and are happy to make recommendations. Please limit sun exposure after heavy exfoliating treatments such as microdermabrasion and dermaplaning. Unprotected sun exposure on freshly exfoliated skin may result in sunburn and unwanted hyperpigmentation.
A: Your esthetician will do a thorough cleanse. There is no need to wash your face prior to your appointment.
A: Wearing makeup directly after your facial may increase your chances of post service breakouts. It is recommended that you refrain from using any make up or other skincare products on your face following your service. If you have an event to go to and decide to apply make-up, we strongly suggest you use hypo-allergenic make-up, and apply using freshly cleaned application supplies (sponges, brushes, etc). We highly recommend Jane Iredale make-up post skincare service.
A: Whether you are looking for a quick glow-up for a night out or are on an extended preparation regimen for a special occasion, we want to help you look and feel your best. It is possible for some people to experience post treatment breakout and reactions usually occur within the first 24-48 hours as the skin is detoxifying. Please consult our team if you have specific questions regarding your facial in conjunction with an important event.
